What a fun weekend we had at this years 2018 Creative Escape with National Scrapbooking Month and the perfect ‘Postcard Perfect’ collection to create fun cards and scrapbook layouts.

Sharing the Postcard Perfect collection was big time fun. I created treats showcasing these gorgeous papers and products from Close To My Heart. The little thongs above were our name tags, how cute are they!

With a total of 29 girls it was great to share ideas, laugh, create, sing, eat and laugh some more, together over our Creative Escape weekend.

The very first weekend I took some of these girls away we were still up at midnight – I couldn’t believe we were all up so late so, I made them all get up in front of the clock to have a photo taken. Ten years on we still do this ‘tradition’ on a Friday night, it’s such a fun thing to do.

With so much to share I’ve finally found a great way to showcase the fun pages and cards using the Close To My Heart products!

It was awesome to have 9 of the girls in my team come along and I enjoyed celebrating them all. I created a special page for each of them and spoilt them with a bag of CTMH goodies.

With our new Seasonal Expression out this month there was SO much to share with the girls. The new Thin Cuts are my favourite (at the moment), they look fabulous on any project and are easy to use. Here’s a few pages and cards I made to share over the weekend. They then had a chance to create a project with it.

You just have to experience a weekend away one day, it is the best fun. Check with a Close To My Heart Consultant in your area if she hosts one. You will love it.
