Fresh Bear Hugs

I loved creating these Bear Hugs cards in bright fresh colours
and it was even better sending them out to friends in the mail.
I think it would even make a great ‘welcome baby’ card.

It was fun creating these cards with the ‘Share the Joy’ Thin Cuts and this months Stamp Of The Month ‘Bear Hugs’ …I even had the girls making them at my card classes too as they had ‘just the right person’ to send one too! Much thanks to Masumi Mizuno for the colour inspiration and idea for these cute cards. A lazy Sunday afternoon of card making…

I can’t wait to share these cards with you all, this is a sneak peek of just some of the cards on offer – it’s going to be a relaxed Sunday afternoon of card making!

Join me this Sunday 26 July 2pm – 4 pm.

Card Buffets are a fun event where you make up to 6 cards for $18. Everything is pre-cut, the stamps are set up on blocks, the inks are in the basket along with any others ‘special’ products you need to create each card. You choose a cards and begin to create. A fabulous way to build your own personal stash of cards AND I love that you have a chance to play with crafty products you normally wouldn’t use!

Happy 6th Anniversary!

This month I’m celebrating my 6th Anniversary with Close To My Heart and, can I tell you, I have LOVED every, single minute of it! Each year brings with it new experiences, I have the opportunity to meet new people and I continue to enjoy sharing all things creative.

In 2017 I had the pleasure of touring Close To My Heart Home Office in Utah, definitely one of the high-lights for me over the past 6 years!

I’m looking forward to the next 6 years and what it will bring …I know the next 6 weeks will be very exciting! I have scrapbooking workshops coming up, card classes, craft fairs, creative training with gorgeous consultants and I’m hosting a Close To My Heart Launch (NEW Catalogue Launch – EXCITING!) with girls from all over South Australia here in my home town Mount Barker, South Australia – just have to say ‘life is good’!
