With the Regatta Collection reigning this month I have to tell you this layout is not so nautical…right in the middle of a Regatta!

I’m sharing a little of ‘living the good life’ here with this layout.

This would have to be one my favourite colours. It is such a beautiful sea green background and textured paper and it’s in the Regatta Paper Pack…not so nautical!

…and the flowers in the Regatta Complements Pack are not so nautical but so fitting. It’s all about a simple, beautiful layout to hold some precious memories.

This month we have been playing, and having a lot of fun with the
wonderful Regatta Collection.

At first glance it is very nautical and I love this but, once you start planning layouts and playing with it you’ll find it can be used for so many different projects!

This week I am hosting my April Card Buffet.
This is a fun event where you come along for 2 hours and make up to 6 cards for just $15.
Everything is pre-cut, the stamps are set up on blocks, the inks are in the basket along with any other ‘special’ products you need to complete that card.
Yep, it’s all there in the basket!
You choose a card you like, grab the basket and take it to where your sitting
and begin to create. It’s a whole lot of fun and a great way to build your own personal stash of cards. The one thing I love about cards buffets is you get to have a play with products you normally wouldn’t use. Here is a sneak peek of just two cards that I have to offer at this months April Card Buffet using Regatta Paper.

These two cards are totally inspired by Ronnie Johnson a Close To My Heart Consultant
from the USA. I just love the way she has used the gorgeous colours of the Regatta Paper with our gorgeous Sapphire Exclusive Ink.

The colours are so vibrant and fun…as you can see with this Pinwheel Card Regatta doesn’t have to have a nautical theme! At this April’s Card Buffet you will have a choice from 14 different cards to make, including a gorgeous Mothers Day card.

Photo opps are everywhere with our iPhones …remember the Polaroid cameras? Here is a trip down memory lane with this months Stamp Of The Month “Life In Pictures”.

A great stamp set to add to your collection. Here is a page made by stamping each camera and cutting each one out (’cause you just can’t use one!).  I highlighted each one using a matching marker from our range to match the Fundamental Whimsy Paper Pack.
This page was an idea from my friend Rachel.

Again, I used the Fundamentals Whimsy Paper Pack  when I created this male birthday card. I love the addition of the Black and Gold Ribbon.

Leading up to Easter I have these delightful sweet Easter treats to share with you. They not only look gorgeous but they are super quick to make! An idea from my Consultant friend Meredith, she graciously shared this cute Bunny idea with a special group of CTMH girls at a fun, creative weekend away.
These are cut from our latest Cricut Collection, Artistry.

These gorgeous bunnies are cut at 4 1/2″  using your Artistry Cricut Cartridge
(the darker bunny is cut at 4″). Before you adhered the them together cut a 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ strip of coloured card, here I used Eggplant cardstock, and with your scissors cut a gently curve on the top of your strip to give the arms a rounded edge as they hug the little sweet treat. Slip this curved strip between the two parts of the bunnies and adhere it all together
I used yummie chocolate hearts to add as my sweet treats. I decorated with Playful Puffies and Treasured Puffies from our Seasonal Expressions Catalogue Jan-April 2016. You can view this on my website http://www.jacquiepaech.ctmh.com.au

 I also used this bunny to make Easter Cards teamed with the Penelope Paper Pack and Thistle Extra Thick Twine the colours work really well together.

Today I’m sharing some sweet paper passion straight from my heart.
My Penelope Paper Festival this month is full of fun, love and a whole lot of cuteness!

This sweet Easter box, cut with our Artiste Cricut Cartridge, will be filled with love and some yummy Easter treats. Wrapped with a selection of the Penelope Paper and decorated with daisy’s cut from our Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. I topped it off with a cute pink chick from the Penelope Complements shown below.

I cut out the ‘Happy Easter’ title using the Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge and adhered it to the front of my card using Liquid Glass Adhesive. The mini white flowers on the front are from the Penelope Complements (X7207C).

You can see below ALL the beautiful embellishments in the Penelope Complements below. The top half of the sheet shows vellum embellishments and the bottom half of the sheet holds all the gorgeous stickers.

Here’s one sweet card using the Penelope Paper and again, I used Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge to cut out the name Mia. White Glitter Paper through the middle of the card adds sparkle and I added white, funky flowers cut from the Artistry Cricut Collection and gorgeous butterfly’s to finish off my card.
